Our Legends program is designed to improve your fitness through functional movement in a supportive, encouraging environment. These workouts focus on building balance, strength, and mobility – so you can stay active, confident, and independent for years to come.

Current Small Group Sessions

Tuesday Thursday – 8AM & 10AM

Our Legends sessions are coach-led in a small group setting—so you get focused attention while enjoying the social connection that comes with training alongside others. Every workout is tailored to your individual ability and needs.

We focus on building strength, stamina, balance, and coordination using low-impact, functional movements that support long-term health, mobility, and confidence.
