She is a rockstar of a nutrition and group CrossFit coach at Ampersand.
Taylor is as friendly and caring as they come and has quite the collection of fitness shoes.
She can best be described as a can of soda ready to pop after being shook up with her bubbly personality.
Tay started as a member at Ampersand 3.5 years ago and took the step into Nutrition and CrossFit Group coaching in February.
On top of her coaching role she is also taking on an expanded role as our Client Success Manager, ensuring that you all remain happy and taken care of on your Ampersand fitness journey.

What inspired you do become a coach? Or why do you like coaching?
CrossFit and the Ampersand coaches have done so much to help me grow as a person and I wanted to help whoever I could in the same ways. I also really like just hanging out with everyone.

If you could only do one exercise for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? OR whats your favorite workout movement?
Rowing or any barbell movement from the hang position
What’s a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know?
I am taller than a baby giraffe and have a wingspan of a turkey vulture
What’s your favorite food?
Literally everything. But if I had to choose one, pasta. Or chocolate cake
What’s a hobby you do/have outside the gym?
Hiking, or really anything outside with friends or family
Coffee or tea?
Coffee unless it is after 2pm lol
Dogs or cats?
Dawgs
Tacos or pizza?
Pizza. With ALL the toppings (yeah pineapple too)
What are one of your current goals?
Get my timing down on kipping pullups and double unders!!!
