Our Kids program helps your child grow stronger, build confidence, and develop a love of fitness—all in a fun, supportive environment. Led by expert coaches, it’s the perfect way to set them up for success in sports and beyond. Spaces are very limited- secure their spot today!

Strength

Your child will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.

Healthy habits

Our youth classes help kids develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.

Teamwork & leadership

Group classes teach teamwork. Fitness games teach kids how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.

Confidence

Our kids develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.

 When are classes held?

 

Winter Sessions

Saturday classes for most kids and Tuesday morning classes for homeschoolers.

Winter Session

Saturdays: Dec 20 – Feb 7

Tuesdays (Homeschoolers): Dec 16 – Feb 3

Ages 5-12 – 10:30AM

 How big are the class sizes?

 

We cap our groups at 15 participants.

 

How long does the program run?

Our blocks run in conjunction with the school semesters.

 

Is this for athletes only?

Absolutely not! Kids on the athletic side will take to it right away, but we’ve also seen kids who aren’t so inclined to participate find their place as well. It’s worth a try!

 

 Can I watch as a parent?

You’re welcome to, or go hit some errands. Up to you!

 

 What happens after the 4-week trial?

You’re welcome to register your child for either one or both days each week—it’s $20 for one session or $30 for both.

 

For those continuing after an initial trial, the cost for the remaining 4 weeks is:


$80 for the once-a-week option
$120 for the twice-a-week option

Split payment is available if needed—just let us know what works best!

 

Those with a trial that started later will have their rest of block payment adjusted to match remaining sessions.

 

If you plan to be away – Ex: Vacations or anything else – please let us know ahead of time at signup and we’ll subtract those weeks from the total.

Meet Coach Tay

Coach Tay is a full-time coach at Ampersand, bringing a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to everything she does. She holds certifications as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach, and CrossFit Kids Coach.

When it comes to working with kids, Tay has that special something—a natural ability to connect, inspire, and make fitness fun. From the moment she starts, it’s clear she loves what she does, and the kids agree!
