Our Youth Program helps kids build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that carry over into school, sports, and everyday life.
In every session, kids learn:

We keep classes small so every child gets attention, coaching, and encouragement. No standing in the back. No getting overlooked.
This program runs twice per week — Tuesdays at 10:30 AM (perfect for homeschool families) and Saturdays at 10:30 AM.
Whether your child plays sports or just needs a healthy outlet away from screens, this is a place where they can grow stronger — physically and mentally.

Meet Coach Tay
Coach Tay is a full-time coach at Ampersand, bringing a wealth of experience, energy, and passion to everything she does. She holds certifications as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach, and CrossFit Kids Coach.
When it comes to working with kids, Tay has that special something—a natural ability to connect, inspire, and make fitness fun. From the moment she starts, it’s clear she loves what she does, and the kids agree!
